NSA and the law

We have all have been hearing how the nsa is spying on us.and how eric snowden is supposed to be a big whistleblower.
So here is my view...the nsa domestic spying program is a violation of our constitutional rights.we have the right to privacy.we have the right to unreasonable search and seizure.and yet,the nsa is listening to everything we say and do.i have had people say that it is being overblown by the media.but,i say if anything,it is being covered up.that it is actually worse than we are being told.then,we find out about how it is being used by the dea...well,that means to me it is being used by the fbi,atf and others.so,in other words every law enforcement agency there is.then there is the argument that there is these courts who enforce privacy....well,snowden proved they do not.if they enforced privacy and rules, how did a contractor get all that info?and who else has info?and what is stopping them from using it to blackmail or sell this information?we know it ignores court orders...so is there any limits to this program?is this program above the law?is this the modern version of the ss?
As for snowden.....i do not see him as a whistle blower.he was a contractor who stole personal information and stole secret documents from the government.and he is nothing more than a spy.and here is why i feel that way. we already had knowledge of what the nsa was doing.we already knew they spied on us.so,what did he leak?secret documents on the U.S.intelligence.and where did he go ?to china, russia.both have the worst human rights records of any nation.in russia they have open season on gays.gays are being killed just for being gay.if he was a patriot,he would have leaked something to show how the nsa was breaking the rights of Americans, not national secrets.
